Shipping & Returns
De Janeiro ships to all addresses within the Continental United States using UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order under normal circumstances. Package delivery times will vary, depending on your shipping location. Delays may be experienced during holidays, holiday weekends, or times of inclement weather.
Tracking Your Order-
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 5 business days from your order date, email us at email@example.com.
Return policies for online orders-
If you would like to return your purchase you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your order number, the style you would like to return and the reason for return. All sales of bodysuits, lingerie, bathing suits, intimate apparel (bras & panties) and sleepwear are considered Final Sale and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items. All returned merchandise must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Shoe returns must be returned with the original shoe box.
If your request complies with our above return policies, we will send you a prepaid return label. Please attach the return label to your package and arrange for package pickup/drop off with UPS. A $7.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. You can also return your online purchase to any one of our stores in NYC and avoid the $7.95 return shipping charge. Please bring a copy of your online order when returning to one of our stores. Please allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received for your refund to be credited to your account.
Return policies for in-store purchases-
Please bring the merchandise you would like to return to the store you purchased it in along with the original store receipt, within 7 days from the date you purchased the merchandise. The merchandise must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Shoe returns must be returned with the original shoe box. If you return your items after 7 days, you can exchange the items or receive a store credit at the current price in the store at the time of the return. Red Tagged sales merchandise can only be returned for an exchange or a store credit at the current store price. All sales of bodysuits, lingerie, bathing suits, intimate apparel (bras & panties) and sleepwear are considered Final Sale and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Store purchases cannot be returned through the online process.
